Suspended above the Johnson’s Hotel building, these site-specific projections illuminate the evening with icy mystery and manic brilliance.
Anthropomorphic punk-alien-animal figures animate glowing windows, dancing and celebrating in dreamlike vignettes, punctuated by venetian blinds. Snow cascades and bursts of icy insect wings highlight the buildings, adding a shimmering atmosphere to the festival streetscape.

Mary is the author while Roslan illustrates each page in bold watercolor art. “Rusty and the River“ was selected for the “Discover Great Places Through Reading” list for the National Book Festival in 2019. “Rusty Under the Western Skies” and “The Big Battle of Thunder the Smallest War Horse” are both top 5 Star rated by an author owned and operated book review company, Readers’ Favorite. And “The Heart of a Cowgirl” has the Will Rogers Medallion Award for outstanding achievement in western media and honoring the traditions and values of the American Cowboy.
We hope you will come down and visit with these two talented Wyoming artists and maybe spin a tale or two yourself.
